"We are shocked that the New England states are awarding Avangrid and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners with new development contracts less than two months after the blade debacle at Vineyard Wind. While earnestly billing themselves as eco-forward, certain officials are making it clear that foreign companies can tarnish American fisheries and face no consequences. It remains incumbent on Avangrid and CIP to prove the structural integrity of their design and components."
